Youth Care Specialists
Youth Care Specialists provide consistent structure, emotional regulation support, and meaningful relationships to help youth stabilize and grow. They assist with daily routines, implement individualized behavior support strategies, and respond to crises using de-escalation interventions to maintain safety. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who are patient, empathetic, and committed to helping youth build the skills they need to thrive—day and night, every day of the week. Pay is competitive.
Unit Supervisors
Unit Supervisors coordinate daily operations, ensure adherence to behavior support plans, respond to crises, and collaborate with clinical and educational teams. This role requires strong leadership, calm under pressure, and the ability to model professionalism and emotional regulation at all times. Pay starts at $25 while in training.
Maintenance
Cook
The Cook at Transitional Center is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, well-balanced meals for youth in a residential treatment setting. This role includes meal planning, food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following all health and safety regulations. Beyond just feeding the body, our cook helps create a sense of comfort and routine—because for many of our youth, a hot, home-cooked meal is part of the healing.
